Share/Savings Accounts

These accounts, comparable to passbook savings at other financial institutions, are the basic savings accounts at Hartford Healthcare Federal Credit Union. Share/savings accounts earn dividends from the date of deposit to the date of withdrawal on all balances exceeding $100. Dividends are compounded and paid quarterly. A share/savings account may be opened with a minimum of $10.

Subsequent deposits may be made in any amount via mail, payroll deduction, direct deposit, over the counter transactions or through shared branching. A minimum balance of $10 is required to retain membership at Hartford Healthcare Federal Credit Union.

With an Hartford Healthcare Federal Credit Union ATM card, you can withdraw up to $1,000 per day from your share/savings account.
